A man was arrested, charged and convicted of sexual assault for sexually abusing two young girls.

25-year-old Jody Ray Furr of Jacksonville, Florida, was sentenced to 4 life terms in prison for raping and molesting the 5-years-old girls.

According to the State Attorney’s Office, Furr gave the girls one dollar to remain silent.

Furr was convicted last month of two counts of capital sexual battery and two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a minor.

Authorities learned that Furr had sexually abused two female child victims. The investigation revealed that Furr had sex with one child and molested the other.

The two victims were 5 years old at the time of the abuse. After each incident, Furr gave the child a dollar and ordered them not to tell anyone about the abuse.
