A 24 year old man was trying to pull into a parking spot in a Austin, Texas parking garage. He said the car wouldn’t stop and re rolled off the edge. His Toyota SUV ended up dangling from the side of the building, being held up by a single safety cable. Two men in the parking garage helped the man climb out of the SUV to safety.
