Matt Harrigan is now the former CEO of PacketSled after he threatened to assassinate Donald Trump with a sniper rifle.  Harrigan is just another disgruntled liberal unhappy because Hillary lost the election.  When someone suggested he would be getting a visit from the Secret Service, he mocked them.

Harrigan then tried to pretend the whole thing was a joke:
