In a follow-up article, Fox News National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin “had in place 70 percent of the military forces he would require for a complete invasion.”

Here is more from Wayne Dupree:
The Biden administration, according to reports, did not act swiftly enough to give Ukraine military weaponry at the time of the congressional briefing. Administration officials testified at the hearing that the United States’ provision of military assistance to Ukraine may have provided Putin with a reason to invade.
The briefings are being held behind closed doors amid rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine, as the Russian military presence along the Ukrainian border continues to grow. It was earlier stated that Russia is planning a false flag operation as a justification for invading Ukraine, which will include the release of a propaganda movie depicting the fictitious attack from the country.
President Joe Biden has previously threatened Russian President Vladimir Putin with sanctions if he invades, and he has dispatched soldiers to neighbor nations in an effort to assist NATO defenses in the event of an invasion.
