Earlier this year, British model and Big Brother contestant Sallie Axl tragically suffered a miscarriage.
The miscarriage in and of itself was heart-wrenching, but her alleged hospital treatment made a terrible situation that much worse. This week, she took to Facebook to share some horrifying news.
She writes:
“This is the first time I have been able to talk about this as my ordeal was disgusting from ST Mary’s hospital in Manchester. I was rushed into hospital as 7 weeks before I had suffered a miscarriage losing my little angel.”
Sallie reveals that the hospital failed to remove the child from her, causing infection and resulting in her losing forty percent of her blood.
“My veins collapsing and taken into emergency surgery,” she writes. “I didn’t have long left to live and have honestly never been so scared in my life.”
Worse yet, she claims that when she woke up she was covered in blood, leaving her “reminders of the miscarriage.”
