New Breath Of Life Into Obama Impeachment? Maybe So!
There have been a lot of stories circulating around the net that Chief Justice Roberts has signed off on Obama’s ouster because of treason. If only! While there are more than enough reasons to boot the treasonrer-in-chief out of the people’s house, there really doesn’t seem to be anyone inside, or outside, the beltway with the character, spine, cujones, backbone, guts, incentive to do the job. Heres a posting in FourWinds10 and MRConservative similar to many other postings floating around out there. Reading through these posts, I would add it appears there is substantial evidence to get the job done. If only! someone would take it on.
There’s a bombshell of a rumor going around right now that Chief Justice John Roberts has signed off on Interpol to have Obama removed from office for multiple counts of treason.
The charges are to include declaring war without consent of Congress, Second Amendment infringements, and abuse of the Posse Comitatus Act during the Bundy land dispute.
When Obama was sworn into office he took an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America,” however according to the leaked document he’s guilty of the following crimes;
Article 1, Sect. 1
1. Used Executive Privilege in regards to Fast & Furious gun running scandal. When Government misconduct is the concern Executive privilege is negated.
2. Issued 23 Executive Orders on gun control – infringement of the 2nd Amendment.
3. Executive Order bypassing Congress on immigration – Article 1 Section 1, ALL Legislative power held by Congress.
4. NDAA – Section 1021. Due process Rights negated. Violation of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments. White House: ‘War on terrorism’ is over Thursday, August 6, 2009
5. Executive Order 13603 NDRP – Government can seize anything.

Origins: On 13 June 2015, the Facebook page for American News (“ThePatriotReview”) published a linkto an article headlined “BREAKING: Federal Court Formally Charges Obama with Treason … This Is It” with an introduction stating that “Obama is formally being charged with treason.”
Both the headline of the linked article and the comment appended to it strongly implied that President Barack Obama had been recently charged by federal authorities on treason charges. But the underlying article was dated 1 April 2015, which (irrespective of content) made the “BREAKING” aspect of the story specious: it beggars belief that in the more than two months between 1 April 2015 and 13 June 2015, not a single credible news outlets picked up on a story that would be a lead news item around the world. Additional digging revealed that this very same claim was fronted by other sites back in June 2014, making it almost exactly a year old at the time it resurfaced in American News. Keep Reading….

As recently as a few weeks ago, impeachment has come back to the surface of some venues, mainly of the POTUS Primary variety. MSNBC reported that because of the revelations surrounding the NSA and their Israel spying escapades.
After reports surfaced last week that the NSA spied on Israel, and intercepted some communications between Israeli officials and members of Congress, Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson called the espionage “truly disgraceful.” He had no similar concerns earlier in the year following reports Israel spied on the United States.Mike Huckabee, meanwhile, perhaps looking for some attention, went considerably further during an interview with Fox News.“The real issue is whether or not the president was aware that members of Congress were being tapped. Right Wing News has reported there is a new champion of the Obama Impeachment initiative. The North American Law Center has drawn up article of “Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama” and will ask the RNC to take up the cause at a January 13th meeting.
The resolution, which seems to have been drafted by the North American Law Center, is to be weighed up at a January 13th meeting of the RNC, reports Brandon Hall of West Michigan Politics blog.
The document is titled, “Articles of Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama,” it begins, “Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama, acting President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment to be exhibited to the Senate.”

“Please contact your RNC members and ask them to support Michigan’s RNC National Committeeman – Dave Agema’s resolution as currently submitted for discussion at their January 13 – 15, 2016 meetings,” a Facebook statement concerning the resolution reads.
Agema told The Daily Wire in an interview that he will introduce the resolution, which consists of 48 criminal charges in total.
“It’s simply asking our House of Representatives…to abide by their oath of office and accomplish what they should do.” Agema states.
“The way it works is one House of Representatives member puts in impeachment articles for the House and it starts the process,” Agema adds.
“Recently, we didn’t own the House and the Senate, but Republicans do now, and the purpose of it really is we’re a nation of laws and separation of powers.” the Committeeman urges.
He adds, “It lets the president, Obama, know that we’re not going to put up with his ability to go around the Constitution. Secondly, it warns any future president that he doesn’t have that right either, and it encourages the base to get involved.”
While many on the right will champion the impeachment move, others will question its usefulness now Obama is in the final year of office.
Last month, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump told Infowars’ Alex Jones that in his view impeachment wouldn’t be a good idea.
“The best thing that we have going with Obama is that he’s got a year left,” Trump said during the interview
“So don’t make him a martyr?” Jones asked.
“In a way you’ll make him a martyr,” Trump responded.
And just incase that doesn’t get the job done, try signing the petition on the WhiteHouse.gov site. Political Insider is pushing the story.
Turnabout is fair play it would seem.
A newly issued petition on the whitehouse.gov web site is calling for charges of treason to be brought against President Obama.It sites three main arguments for the treason charges – surrendering war-making powers to foreign entities, refusing to secure America’s borders, and giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
The petition appears to be in response to one started just a few days earlier, calling for 47 Republicans who sent a letter to Iran to be charged with the same. That effort has thus far garnered over 260,000 signatures.

As Headline Politics reported, President Obama is actually just as guilty, if not more so, of the same act of treason under the very definition being used by liberals against his Republican colleagues.
In 2008, then candidate Obama sent former Ambassador William G. Miller to Tehran to assure the regime that American policies towards Iran were about to change when he becomes President. Essentially, he tried influencing foreign policy behind President Bush’s back.
This new petition has only received 785 signatures as of this posting, a far cry from the 100,000 that would actually require the White House to issue a response.
