Since Colin Kaepernick pulled his infamous stunt on the football field he has garnered lots of attention. Unfortunately for him, he is now the most hated player in the NFL and people all over have not been afraid to share their feelings. One such name that chimed in is NFL coaching legend Mike Ditka who had some pretty harsh words to share with him.
“I think it’s a problem, anybody who disrespects this country and the flag. If they don’t like the country they don’t like our flag get the hell out,” the former Bears coach said during an appearance on 105.3 The Fan’s show “Shan & RJ.”
He also added, “I have no respect for Colin Kaepernick. He probably has no respect for me, that’s his choice. My choice is, I like this country, I respect our flag, and I don’t see all the atrocities going on in this country that people say are going on.”
There are few who do have any respect for Colin Kaepernick and Mike Ditka is absolutely right when he says get out if you don’t like it. No one is forcing these millions of dollars and media attention on you. I wish I was as oppressed as Colin Kaepernick.
