Ahmad Khan Rahami’s father had told the police in 2014 that his son was a terrorist, after he was arrested for a domestic dispute in which he stabbed his brother. His father later recanted after the FBI questioned him, but the bigger question is why the FBI didn’t take it more seriously. This is becoming a disturbing pattern in the Comey led FBI. The Orlando gunman , Omar Mateen was able to slip right by the Comey led FBI to kill 49 people and wounded many more. The FBI had also investigated Nidal Hassan, the Ft Hood shooter before his rampage and one of the Boston marathon bombers, also before that attack.
It appears that this FBI has no sense of urgency when it comes to terrorism. The current terrorism investigators need to be transferred to less strenuous jobs and the head of the FBI and his immediate subordinates need to be removed ASAP. This is another reason why Hillary must lose the election. If she wins it will be status quo as she has already promised Loretta Lynch she would keep her job as part of the deal to keep Hillary from being indicted. Comey’s job is probably safe too, since Hillary will never change her spots and will likely commit many more felonies as president.

The information was passed to the Joint Terrorism Task Force led by Federal Bureau of Investigation in Newark. Officers opened what is known as an assessment, the most basic of F.B.I. investigations, and interviewed the father, who then recanted.
An official, when asked about the inquiry, said the father made the comment out of anger at his son.
