The Democrats don’t even bother trying to hide their hypocrisy any longer. They just do what they deem best for political and personal gain realizing there is nothing anyone can do about it until the next election cycle. And that is as if it were possible to change at all. Senator Pelosi has never seen a Syrian migrant and probably never will, for not a one has reached her district in beautiful upstate California. But on the opposite side of the spectrum, the little town of Stone Mountain, Georgia has received more migrant/refugees than New York and Chicago combined. Now why is that? Do you think it has something to do with the beautiful Confederate Monument situated there? Just coincidence on the administration’s part, I’m sure.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has been a vocal backer of President Obama’s (ultimately successful) plan to import a minimum of 10,000 Syrian refugees by the end of the fiscal year, at one point accusing Republicans of “slamming the door on mothers and children.”
Ms. Pelosi is another reason we need term limits in Congress and the Senate. In some fashion the american people should have a say about pensions for retiring government officials. They enter public service and for all intent and purpose, leave it worse for wear with a nice financial package, all on the back of the tax payers they took advantage of. People like Pelosi manipulate the system for political and personal gain, and that is what it is not to be. What do you think?
