Mom Posts Truth Bomb About Transgender Bathrooms And Social Media Is In A Uproar

Kristi Merritt posted a little logic about the whole bathroom situation and it got her in some trouble with Facebook.

From the Independent Journal:

Following the passage of “religious liberty” legislation in several states – namely North Carolina and Mississippi – there has been a lot of talk regarding gender identity and the use of public restrooms.

Those in the transgender community claim that making a trans-womanuse a men’s bathroom because she has male parts can be dangerous and lead to assaults. And their opponents object to the notion that a man could say he “identifies” as a woman in order to prey on young girls.

One Washington mom set out to prove her point by playing a little dress-up – and her post has been shared nearly 30,000 times on Facebook:

The Facebook warning she received states that someone has reported her photos as being in violation of the Facebook community standards and asks her to remove the photos that contain nudity or risk them being taken down by administrators. Merritt has opted to leave the post active and she sent a response to Facebook saying that her photos contained no nudity and were not in violation of any standards. Facebook has since taken down her post.

This mom makes perfect sense but it just goes to show that if we don’t conform to what is trending right now, social media will try to silence you.
