Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter Runs Away Again But Who She Runs To Is Surprising
Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter ran away from her again.
Technically, Chelsea O’Donnell simply moved out, since she has turned 18 since she went missing earlier this month. The New York Daily News reports she went to live with her birth mother in Wisconsin.
Chelsea’s biological mother, Deanna Micoley, drove to South Nyack, N.Y., to pick her up Monday. Micoley has accused O’Donnell — who legally adopted the girl in 1997 — of stealing her.
You ever notice that Rosie O’Donnell tends to attract drama? Maybe it’s just coincidence.
Chelsea went missing earlier this month and was eventually found at the home of a 25-year-man who had previously been convicted on child endangerment and heroin-related charges. He was arrested for sending the girl a naked picture of himself.
That whole “sending a naked picture” thing never seems to work out, does it?
TMZ reports O’Donnell told Chelsea she’d cut off her money if she went with Micoley.
O’Donnell’s rep, Cindi Berger, told the Daily News, “Chelsea made a decision when she turned 18 that she wanted to go to her birth mother. This was her choice.”
When the former “The View” star made a public plea after Chelsea’s Aug. 11 disappearance, she mentioned Chelsea is mentally ill.
