So where do you begin to sort out the perversion? Shoplifters get caught. Store manager does WHAT? And shop lifters end up with stolen goods, anyway? And who called the cops? The store manager? The shop lifters? Where do people come up with this stuff?
ABC-KTUL: CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) – A former assistant manager at a Clarksville business has been charged with rape after catching two women shoplifting.
According to police, the incident took place in March of last year.
Investigators say 38-year-old Robert Lindlau caught two women shoplifting then escorted them to the office in the back of the store. Lindlau told the women he called police and it would take them about an hour to arrive.
Not only did he never call the police, Lindlau locked the door and had the alleged shoplifters perform sexual favors on him. He then allowed them to leave, taking along some of the items they tried to steal.
