SHOW IS OVER: McCabe Investigated For Having Agents Tamper With Evidence Against Hillary

Former Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe is being investigated for having agents change interview notes to exonerate Hillary according to reporter Sara Carter. The original story was that McCabe is being investigated for his slow response to the emails found on Anthony Weiner’s computer but although that may be true, Carter says that her sources tell her that a more serious investigation is ongoing. She says that it is alleged that McCabe made his agents change their 302 forms in order to allow them to exonerate Hillary.

PJ Media reports:

“I have been told tonight by a number of sources … that McCabe may have asked FBI agents to actually change their 302s,” Carter told host Sean Hannity.

The 302 form contains information from the notes an FBI agent takes during an interview of a subject. It is used by FBI agents to “report or summarize the interviews that they conduct.”

“So basically every time an FBI agent interviews a witness, they have to go back and file a report,”Carter explained.

Hannity pointed out that, if true, it would constitute a case of obstruction of justice, and Carter agreed. She said the matter was being investigated by FBI Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

“If this is true — and not just alleged — if this is true, McCabe will be fired,” Carter said. “They are considering firing him in the next few days. If this turns out to be true,” she added.

Tampering with evidence is a serious crime, especially for a number two man at the FBI. He could get some serious time in Ft Leavenworth. It would also just about force the DOJ to reconsider charging Hillary in the email scandal. Even if he doesn’t go to prison, McCabe could be a big loser. Should he be fired at this time he will lose a pension worth 2 million dollars. He was due to officially retire with a full pension in March.

It is hard to see how they could have come up with this allegation unless an agent or agents have spoken up about it. An FBI agent would make a compelling witness, especially when testifying to what he was ordered to do. This would be very problematic for McCabe, especially if they find out he intentionally lied about the Trump dossier in order to get FISA warrants.
