No matter what the Administration says, and no matter what they attempt to do, the American People are not buying the rhetoric. Smith & Wesson, the nations largest gun producer, based in Massachusetts of all states, is reporting record gains in gun sales. The people are concerned if not scared and this magnifies the worry more so than anything or anyone can say.
Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. said its sales jumped 40% and profit more than doubled in its first quarter, leading the firearms maker to sharply raise annual guidance for revenue and income.The Springfield, Mass., company now expects sales for the fiscal year ending in April to be between $900 million and $920 million, a notable climb from its previous range of $704 million to $760 million and the average analyst estimate on Thomson Reuters of $777 million.
Interesting in the liberal state of Massachusetts, the capital of progressive thinking, boasts the largest tax revenue gun producer in the nation. No problem with that is there? Hypocrisy runs deep in the Democrat Party, but a blind eye is turned when it comes to revenue. One would only wonder how many of the lawmakers own stock in the company. But back to the point, gun ownership is on the rise, the fear of BLM attacks, muslim extremism and random street crime on the rise, people want to make sure they can get home to their families and protect them.
