Judge Napolitano: Obama Used British Spy Agency to Spy on Trump

Judge Napolitano says that Fox News has three people confirming that Obama used the GCHQ ( UK Government Communications Headquarters) the British spy agency to spy on Trump without leaving fingerprints.  The  UK Government Communications Headquarters has full access to the US NSA.  All Obama had to do was have the GCHQ pull the files from NSA and he could hope no one would become the wiser.

Fox News Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano claimed “three intelligence sources” say President Obama looked to British spy agency GCHQ to obtain transcripts of conversations involving President Donald Trump on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday.

Napolitano said, “[T]hree intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice. He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.”

This could make it harder for President Trump to prove he was being spied on unless British Prime Minister Theresa May can and will help him out by producing documents or witnesses.  Otherwise Obama could get away with it unless a British Eric Snowden gets together with Julian Assange.  If it is proven that Obama did go to the British to spy on Trump, he could be facing some serious charges since Jeff Sessions and not Loretta Lynch is now in charge at the DOJ.
