When a 19-year-old female teenager, and her mother, Alex Blaine, popped into their local Starbucks for a coffee stop, it seemed the barista was too embarrassed to flirt out loud with the teenager in front of her mother.

The romantic – and possibly desperate – employee saw another opportunity to flatter the young lady, by scribbling out the words from the warning on the cup, so that it read, ‘Careful – you’re – extremely hot’.

Genius right? A modern-day Shakespeare!

Well, that’s not how the mother saw it.

Alex was quick to post the loving message onto the Facebook group, Shit London, and the response has been hilarious.

Whilst others have been quick to label the bloke as a ‘creep’, other applauded his efforts and saw the funny side in all this:
