In a landmark ruling, the Supreme Court struck  down a lower court ruling which had let a girl transitioning to a boy use the boys restroom. Now the fun begins, how is Obama and the Democrats going to react to this ruling? As we all know this topic is one of the “crown jewels” of the Democrat platform; so expect some fireworks over the next few days on the subject. It seems inconceivable that a stroke of common sense has come over the court, but for those in their right mind we will take this as a victory of sorts.

According to cnsnews:

In a one-page ruling published yesterday, the Supreme Court stayed the order issued by Judge Doumar in June telling the Gloucester County School Board to let G.G. use the boys’ restrooms—but only while the Supreme Court itself considers whether to take up an appeal of the case from the Gloucester County School Board.

The Supreme Court decision to temporarily lift Judge Doumar’s order won on a 5-3 vote, with Justice Stephen Breyer joining Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Clarence Thomas, Anthony Kennedy, and Samuel Alito. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kegan did not support the court’s order.

I’m not homophobic in any way shape or form, quite frankly I don’t have the time to interject myself in everyone’s affairs. But I will take a stand when I am being told and forced to accept something that I do not believe in; as does 99% of the rest of the country. Someone’s fantasy of being another gender is not my problem, and when it opens the door for the deviants to enter a restroom for reasons other than relieving themselves, I do a problem. So good for the court, and the american people. Common sense, a lost value since political correctness. What do you think?
