Last night, news came in that the mask mandate that travelers were forced to wear on airplanes was dropped.
It was a shock for many Americans considering that earlier in the day, the mandate for air travel was extended into the month of May.
However, a federal judge in the state of Florida ruled on Monday that the Biden administration’s demand was unconstitutional.
Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia determined the mandate was unconstitutional because it exceeded CDC authority and violated administrative law.
Oh, and what makes this even better is that this particular judge is a Trump-appointed pick.

Airline companies quickly reacted by announcing they dropped all mask requirements.
United Airlines, Delta, Alaska, American, and Southwest removed their mask requirements following the announcement of the judge’s ruling.
Pilots, attendants, and passengers rejoiced at the news of the idiotic mandate finally being axed by a judge with common sense.
“Ladies and gentlemen, this is your pilot speaking. This is the most important announcement I’ve ever made. The federal mask mandate is over. Take off your mask if you choose!”

In an emotional video, a Delta flight attendant broke into tears as she got to remove her mask for the first time in two years.
Passengers erupted in applause.

It is about time that people are waking up and seeing that this mandate was a complete overreach.
The federal government has no right to tell people what they must do to protect themselves from a virus. If you are afraid of the virus you can still wear a mask, but no one has the right to force everyone to wear something that impedes their breathing.
Our nation was founded on freedom.
The premise of personal responsibility.
You take care of yourself and your family and I will do the same for mine.
Thank goodness, that there was a judge who stood up for personal freedom and stopped this insane mandate.
