Sen. Bernie Sanders and his supporters believe that the government is the source of everything. Want to go to college? Government should pay for it. Want health insurance? The government should pay for it. Got your feelings hurt by someone? The government should create a “safe space” for you.
However, these socialists don’t realize that the government actually can’t — or shouldn’t — come to your rescue every time life throws a curve ball — something a North Carolina tow truck driver recently demonstrated to a Sanders supporter.
Kenneth Shupe, a conservative voter and the owner of a tow truck company, was dispatched to pick up a woman stranded near Asheville, but when he arrived, he saw the car was covered in Sanders stickers. So, he simply demonstrated to the woman the problem with her socialist beliefs by telling her to “call the government” for a tow instead, according to WHNS.
You would think a Sanders supporter would be thrilled at the idea of calling the government to the rescue, but that wasn’t the case here.
The woman’s mother, Kelle McWade, took to Facebook to blast the tow truck driver for his demonstration of how stupid it is to rely on the government.
“Kenneth Shupe drove from Travelers Rest to Asheville, hooked up her car, and when he went around to the back, he came back and told her that he wouldn’t tow her because she had a Bernie sticker on the back of the car,” McWade wrote in the post, according to WHNS.
McWade went on to call Shupe a “bigot” for his decision not to tow her daughter’s car, and then called him “dumb” for driving all the way there for nothing.
“Btw, I’m guessing he’s a Trump supporter,” she reportedly wrote. “The only difference is that the Don would have taken the money, because he at least realizes that liberals’ money spends just the same as anyone else’s.”
