“How does it feel to be so weak, that mere words hurt you,”or we can say the left is outraged over such an an analogy that they think it will make political hay with undecided voters? I have never been a proponent of two wrongs make a right, but did anyone watch the Emmy Awards this past Sunday? Donald Trump was the butt of every slur that the writers could fit in a monolog. May I ask what harm did it do to the Syrians in comparison to what ISIS is doing? Is anyone still paying attention to what happened this past weekend around the country? Are we to let our guard down to the point the “poisonous skittles” can walk into a mall with a butcher knife and slice away because we don’t want to hurt feelings?

According to Fox News:

Denise Young, VP of Corporate Affairs for Wrigley Americas, which owns Skittles, addressed Trump Jr.’s tweet in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “Skittles are candy. Refugees are people. We don’t feel it’s an appropriate analogy,” the statement read. “We will respectfully refrain from further commentary as anything we say could be misinterpreted as marketing.” The Republican nominee has advocated sharply restraining immigration and has accused opponent Clinton of advocating acceptance of tens of thousands of refugees.

Being safe than sorry means nothing until it hits home, and this is the Democrat Party playing on the emotions of their base. Throwing  out this rhetoric and  hoping it sticks to a few minority group voters is the only goal of this days foray into slandering the Trump campaign. What do you think?
