The gruff exterior withstanding, it is not hard to see why Americans on a daily basis are being drawn to Donald Trump.
For one, he is anti-establishment, secondly, the alternative is frightening, and finally, his words are what we all think minus political correctness. It is a hard fight against the gorilla in the room (mainstream media), but he has made it through the onslaught over the past two weeks. Though, now it’s time to focus on policies and continue revealing Hillary Clinton’s abysmal record over the past 30 years.
Speaking with CBN on Thursday, Trump amplified on that comment: I think “I’m not perfect”, because I think I’m less perfect than some people, but I have certain abilities that are good, like, being able to do things, and I think I’ll be able to do things that will be really great for the evangelicals and others and they understood that.”GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump has a lot of humility hiding behind his bombastic exterior, and on Thursday he showed us a bit of that in a really beautiful way.
Would we not want a great statesman at the helm of our country? Of course. But who do we have to blame but ourselves, voting in a useless corrupt used car salesmen? We trusted our elected officials, and this is what we got? Now an outsider comes along, for lack of better term, the “stars are aligned”. The future is always scary, but what are we to do? Stay the same course, or take a chance and right the ship?
The choice is ours.
