If anyone had any doubt that Megyn Kelly’s days are numbered at Fox News, Bill O’Reilly is showing her the door. Ms. Kelly has clearly over stayed her welcome, and by promoting  her book that bashes her employers and Former Department head. By not keeping it in the family, is no way of being invited to the Christmas Party.

Bill O’Reilly: So here’s the deal. If somebody is paying you a wage you owe that person or company allegiance. If you don’t like what’s happening in the workplace go to human resources or leave. I’ve done that. And then take the action you need to take afterward if you feel aggrieved. There are labor lawyers. But don’t run down the concern that supports you by trying to undermine it.

O’Reilly was fuming about Kelly’s book on his show. “I’ve had enough of this. It’s a good place to work. Here’s the deal, if you don’t like what’s happening in the work place, go to human resources or leave, I’ve done that,” he said on The O’Reilly Factor. “And then take the action you need to take afterwards. There are labor laws. Factor tip of the day ,loyalty is good!”

Bill O’Rielly is right in his approach, and I can understand that, I’ve been through the corporate chain of command. Then again Megyn Kelly has become a shooting star through the course of the election process, and she wishes to capitalize as much as possible. Using innuendos and he said, she said in a book is not much to warrant buying, and this is being proved with an as low a review of a book by the New York Times as any could get.

Old adage, “never bite the hand that feeds you,” you might need it Some day.
