The body of Santa Inocencia has been preserved in wax and behind glass at the Cathedral of Guadalajara, in Mexico, for 300 years.  The little girl was forbidden by her father from becoming a Catholic.  One Sunday, she snuck out of the house and went to the local Catholic church and received communion.  Her father was furious and he stabbed the girl to death.

The girl’s body was taken back to the church, where she become a symbol of the love of the Eucharist.  Santa Inocencia translated into English means St Innocent.  But recently, a tourist recorded the little girl when she visited her final resting spot and you can see the child blink.

But know this.  This video could be an optical illusion or perhaps it was altered to make it appear she blinked.  On the other hand, maybe not.  You have to decide for yourself.
