A New Jersey Transit cop found a suicidal man running on the tracks in Secaucus.  After a brief conversation, the man laid down on the tracks.  Officer Victor Ortiz fought with the man and overpowered him and pulled him off the track with just seconds to spare.  When you watch the video, you will see why a normal American considers these men to be heroes.
