The clip above has provoked what some are calling a social media manhunt.

In the video, a toddler appears to take a sip of beer and then smoke a cigarette while he sits on a man’s lap.

The footage is believed to have been recorded outside a cafe in Spain, with two men speaking Romanian to the young child.

The video is sparking outrage the world over, with people sharing it in the hope that police can find the two men.

In the clip, the man can be heard saying that this is how you can become a “real man.”

It’s unclear if either man is the boy’s father.
