Kanye West did not vote for president.  That doesn’t mean he didn’t have a favorite he was rooting for.  During one of his concerts, he decided to reveal who he would have voted for had he voted.  The audience didn’t like it and they booed him roundly.  Not only did West prefer Donald Trump, he called his campaign “f***ing genius.”  West continued his Trump rant for 40 minutes.

Kanye West incited some boos at his concert in San Jose, California on Thursday night, when he revealed himself as a Trump supporter. 

Vidoe shows the moment the Fade rapper went on a political rant, revealing that he didn’t vote but that if he did – if would have been for The Donald. 

‘If I would have voted, I would have voted for Trump.

‘I wanted to say that before the election, but they told me, “Whatever you do, don’t say that aloud.”

‘Not only did I not vote, but there were a lot of things I actually liked about Trump’s campaign. His approach was f****** genius – because it worked,’ Kanye said. 

He went on to say that his support for Trump doesn’t mean he doesn’t believe in equality.

‘That don’t mean I don’t think that black lives matter. That don’t mean that I don’t believe in women’s rights. That don’t mean that I don’t believe in gay marriage. That don’t mean that I don’t believe in these things,’ he said.
