Colorado police are hailing the one shoot killing of a suicidal man that seriously wounded a police officer.  The body cam footage of Officer Ronnie Dorrel shooting  Randall Rodick in the head, using an assault style AR-15 has been described as an unusually great shot.  Effective at least.
