[VIDEO] What Was Wrong With Hillary’s Eyes in Philadelphia?

Something funky was going on with Hillary’s eyes in Philadelphia on Monday.  I;m sure there is a reasonable explanation.  Maybe she was crossing her eyes for good luck.
