This is what the inner city society has brought upon themselves. A group of wild teens thugs beat and rob a man for only a few dollars. When did it collapse to the point that life is so less valued than ever before in the United States. What a childhood these young people have known to the point of almost killing a man for almost nothing. It is truly a shame on their parents for not raising their children right.
