[WATCH] Gov. Rick Scott Goes Out For Coffee, Gets Blasted/Assaulted By Liberal Loon!

Yeah, I dunno. The liberal left is so quick to project the failed policy of their own preferred party on Republicans, (not that Republicans are exempt from stupidity) but this is clearly an inappropriate and misinformed display by a liberal nut job. Watch and Share! What do you think?

CBSLocal in Miami reports: FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – The South Florida woman seen on a viral video going on a rant against Gov. Rick Scott said she’s gotten a lot of positive feedback.

In a video posted on YouTube, Cara Jennings blasts Scott as he walks to the counter to place an order.

“You cut Medicaid, I couldn’t get Obamacare,” Jennings yelled. “You’re an (expletive). You don’t care about working people, you should be ashamed to show your face around here.”

While Scott didn’t actually cut Medicaid, he did refuse to expand it. If it had been expanded, hundreds of thousands of low income workers in the state would receive health insurance.

Scott tried to counter by saying that since he’s been governor one million jobs have been created in the state. Critics have pointed out that many of those jobs, like in the service industry, are not high paying. A point that Jennings makes.

“A million jobs, great, who here has a great job or looking forward to finishing school because you have a great job coming up,” said Jennings. “You stripped women of access to public health care.”

As the governor walked out of the Starbucks empty handed, she continued, “Shame on you Rick Scott, you are an embarrassment to Florida.”

Reached by phone, Jennings said she was upset that Scott recently signed legislation defunding Planned Parenthood and limiting reproductive healthcare for women.

“He feels comfortable to sit in the capitol and when you try to talk about decisions affecting women’s healthcare he walks out of the room,” she said.

Scott, who was in South Florida to sign a bill supporting Israel, made no apologies for walking out.

He said he signed the bill because he is pro-life, but added that the state budget has $5 million to cover healthcare prevention for women.

As for refusing to expand Medicaid, which Jennings said has hurt her getting healthcare in the past, Scott stands by his decision.

“This is a federal program President Obama wanted.  He should fund that program,” the governor said.

Following the incident a consultant for Gov. Scott issued a statement on the matter saying, “People with radical views tend to not like civil debate. A self-proclaimed anarchist rudely yelled and cursed at the Governor. She also refused to Pledge Allegiance to the flag. It’s a free country, but it’s not at all surprising that an anarchist prefers shouting over conversation.”
