Donald Trump’s vice presidential running mate Mike Pence was asked if he’d work to pass Right to Try legislation if he and Trump win in November. Right to Try allows the terminally ill to use therapies that are not FDA-approved. 11-year-old Zack Mongeillo asked a question and was overcome with emotion.
