Considering the fact that Barrack Obama was not running for president, one can wonder what Ms. Goldberg is talking about. I can only assume Mrs. Clinton’s defeat is the link Ms. Goldberg connects Barrack Obama to.
On ABC’s “The View,” while discussing if race played a role in Republican President-elect Donald Trump’s victory, co-host Whoopi Goldberg got emotional, saying there was a “whitelash” against the first black president. And she is correct, but not because of his skin color, it is because of his failed policies and his blatant disregard for the law.
Goldberg said, “You can say that there was no whitelash; there was a little bit of whitelash. I remember. I was there. I watched what’s happened in America over the last eight years. Yeah he did win four years ago, and from that time also came all of the jokes about he’s not American, he’s not this, he’s not that. And you know, hearing people make sort of the kind of off-center racist joke.”
Ms. Goldberg better check herself with her hypocrisy, because her duplicity is showing; lest I bring up the naked statue in downtown New York City; Whoops!! One could only ponder if that happened to Barrack Obama how would she would have handled that?
I personally think you should be happy, What you say about Obama is no different then a white president in the past. I quite frankly think if the Republicans had any backbone and if Barack Obama had white skin he would have been defeated handily 4 years ago.
You should be happy to know Barrack Obama’s failures are as equal or greater then any other president we’ve had in the past. That Ms. Goldberg is equal justice.
