A Norfolk woman who was caught having sex in a Denny’s parking lot is now explaining herself.
Authorities were called after Kimberly Jackson, 36, began having sex with her boyfriend, an unconscious Earl Palmer, in the parking lot of the chain restaurant Tuesday. Police arrested Jackson and charged her with being drunk in public.
During a local news broadcast, she blamed it all on the alcohol.
“The alcohol made me think I wouldn’t [get caught],” Jackson said. “I’m not into erotic public sex or anything like that.”
“I was in the mood, and that’s basically what happened.”
When asked if he would press charges because he was unresponsive during the act, Palmer said no.
“I’m here trying to clear her name and let them know I consented to that, I just didn’t finish the job as you could say,” Palmer said.
“Everyone wants to do something spontaneous. I’m not being disrespectful to you. Have you ever done anything spontaneous?”
