A Wyoming woman is coming to the defense of a North Carolina woman who taped her dog’s mouth shut as a form of punishment.
Katharine Lemansky, 45, was arrested in North Carolina for taping her dog’s mouth shut, My Fox 8 reported. She had posted a picture of her dog with it’s snout taped shut on Facebook on Nov. 27, with the caption, “This is what happens when you don’t shut up!!!”
