5th Grade Teacher Charged With Obstruction After Nude [PHOTOS] Are Leaked

Fifth grade teacher, Jamie Climie, came under fire when sexy and nude photos of her were leaked online. Quickly, people recognized who she was, and what made matters worse is that she is married, and it was suspected she had sent these pictures to someone other than her husband.

The former Cincinnati Hills Academy teacher reported to the police that her phone was stolen, and they launched an investigation to find out who had leaked the sexy pictures which made headlines after appearing on slander/gossip site, TheDirty.com.

Climie’s pictures ended up on a revenge porn site where exes often post nudes, and her pictures reached over 110,000 views. Her husband told the local news that they had no idea how the pictures could have been leaked, but there was much more to the story.

As police investigated the phone being stolen a forensic investigation was launched which included viewing the phone’s cell phone records and IP address backtracking. What authorities found was that the 36-year-old had lied to them.

The phone was never stolen, and she was charged with obstructing official business. The disgraced teacher turned herself into authorities and was arraigned and waiting for further court dates.

“Really sad, but not surprising,” wrote one person where the pictures had been posted, “I’ve seen her at the gym and heard rumors about her and others before. Feel terrible for the husband and kids.” Police found that she had sent the pictures to someone other than her husband.

Another user described Climie as “not innocent,” and claims she had been fired from another school for “inappropriate behavior with her students.” She had filed the phone as stolen the day after the photos leaked on the revenge website.

A month after she resigned from her position at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. Eventually, she appeared in court to face her charges and she entered a guilty plea to disorderly conduct, which is a fourth degree misdemeanor.

The judge gave her a suspended 10-day jail sentence for her disorderly conduct charge and was issued a fine of $200, and an additional fine of $125 in court fees. Climie also received two years of probation, in which she is not required to report.

She was fortunate to avoid any major charges and only receive what amounts to a slap on the wrist from the court, but the damage had been done. The disgraced teacher had to step down, and sending out naked photos to someone other than her husband obviously had serious repercussions on the home front.
