With the establishment squarely lining up behind John Kasich, is there any doubt that he is now the favorite to weasel his way into a favored position as we head to a brokered Republican convention? Romney all but endorsed him as he campaigned on his behalf before the Ohio primary. We know, or at least, suspect very, very strongly the Republicans intend to use Kasich as a puppet to wrest Trump and Cruz away from winning the Republican Party nominations. But what we don’t know is why has he gained such favor with George Soros. Yes, that’s right. Soros has funneled a great deal of scratch his way. $700,000 as of recent reports.
Early reports by The Political Insider have Soros contributing to Kasich through his PACs.
As “moderate” Ohio Governor John Kasich continues to remain in the Republican race, his PAC “New Day for America” just received a major donation that’s raising eyebrows among conservatives.
Soros fund managers Scott Bessent and Stanley Druckenmiller donated $488,375 to the Governor’s so-called “soft money” fund, according to records provided by the Federal Elections Commission (FEC).George Soros, who has spent billions of dollars creating and funding far-left organizations such as MoveOn.org, ACORN, and countless pro-amnesty organizations. After donating countless amounts of money to Congressional Democrats, Soros just handed a pro-Hillary Clinton PAC $8 million.
Soros was recently quoted about his expanded efforts to oppose more border security… “We must reaffirm our commitment to the principles of open society and resist the siren song of the likes of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, however hard that may be,” Soros opined.
Kasich, who presents himself as the reasonable voice in the Republican primary, has clearly caught the interest of the left’s top donor and his allies. But why? This is sinister…
Glenn Beck is reporting Kasich has taken $700,000 from Soros, through PACs to keep Trump from gaining delegate support and force a contested convention. However his advertising is targeted at Cruz.
Apparently John Kasich will take money from anyone. After finding his campaign unable to finance ads in Utah, Kasich finally got bankrolled $700,000 to keep going — courtesy of none other than George Soros. According to Kasich, he’s just trying to keep Trump below 15 percent in Utah. “Well, Trump is at 10 percent. He’s not at 15 percent; he’s at 10 percent,” Glenn said Monday on The Glenn Beck Program. “And why, Kasich, are your ads aimed at Cruz?” That’s a very good question. Another is why would George Soros would give money to a Republican presidential candidate. As usual, Soros is using his money to rig a preferred outcome — and that preference is not likely to be stopping Donald Trump. “If that was what you were trying to do, you would fund Cruz, you wouldn’t fund Kasich,” Glenn said. “You would fund the guy who actually has a chance of doing it.” Glenn also shared some behind-the-scenes intel on why Kasich is staying in the race. “No matter what happens, he’s not getting out because he thinks that he’s Abraham Lincoln,” Glenn said.
And RedState is suggesting that something a bit more nefarious than just funding Kasich is going on. Is it directed at Cruz, … to cut him off at the knees? Is it all a ploy to pull Trump in and ‘make deals?’
Only five other entities have contributed more to the Kasich-linked New Day for America Political Action Committee than Soros Fund Management.
Now –like the Church Lady might ask– “Why would that be, hmmm?” Not that it really matters, mind you, but George Soros recently wrote a second check to John Kasich for $115,000, bringing his total Kasich Philanthropy to over $210,000.
Yes, yes, I know. George Soros is such a big-hearted guy, he just looks at John Kasich and sees the face of Jesus. Although, being a dripping-fanged atheist, it might not be a good thing that Soros sees Kasich thusly. But, seemingly, his checkbook verily flops open at the sound of John Kasich’s name.Funny thing, though: I’ve searched all ’round, and I can’t see that Georgie Boy gave any money to Ted Cruz… hmm…
Again, one is left to ponder: Why?
George Soros is a diabolical putz, that’s why. So is John Kasich. Maybe this is simply a classic case of Birds and Feathers and so forth. I have to think, however, there is something a bit, well — slimier going on here.
The amount is in dispute, of course, but George Soros has been funding the miscreants over at Black Lives Matter. Some say $30 million, some say rather less. It does say something about the dynamism of the American economy that it costs tens of millions of dollars to get a group of street thugs off the ground. But, whatever.
Evidently, though, according to Soros, there is at least one White Life up in Ohio, whose name is John, who also matters.
And, then of course, there’s this little tid-bit to throw in the soup: Donald Trump’s gazillion-dollar Trump Star Chamber, or whatever the hell it is in Chicago was such a big to-do he had to go hat-in-hand to old Georgie himself, along with Deutschbank and Manchester Financial– you know, the Great Self Funder, Mister Nine Billion Stumpy Fingers.
George Soros said Yes to Donald Trump before he said Yes to Black Lives Matter and before he said Yes to John Kasich.
I doubt, though, that Ted Cruz has ever asked Soros for a dime, and would likely refuse it– even if it was ever offered.
So, what is going on here? Well, clearly, Donald Trump is a man George Soros can do business with– just as he can do business with John Kasich and Black Lives Matter.
…and ain’t it just a tad interesting that Donald Trump rallies only seem to get restive on the weekends before big primaries just in time to alter the weekend talk-show chainsaw-clattering news-cycle? I guess that’s what $30 million buys you.
Meanwhile, Postmaster General John Kasich has enough money, thanks to his George Soros Visa Card, to put gas in the Winnebago ala Ken Kesey, and do the Merry Prankster bit to Ted Cruz– even though his campaign is in debt to it’s eyeballs, and otherwise running on fumes.
What does it mean, what does it mean…?
When there’s only three dots to connect, it seems to make a triangle…
Regardless, Soros has his hand in the Republican primary, and he is a major player in shaping its outcome, whether the Main-Stream-Media is reporting it that way or not.
Actually, this Democratic meddling in Republican elections is no new news. In fact, its been going on for a long time and they have been very successful in slowly burning away red states and turning them blue…
