NASA has announced that they will be holding a major press conference next Monday to announce “surprising activity” on Europa, the best known moon of the 67 that orbit Jupiter. NASA previously announced an emergency press conference to announce they found water on Mars. They claim the water still flows on the surface.
The announcement that will be made at 7:00 PM UK time :
“Astronomers will present results from a unique Europa observing campaign that resulted in surprising evidence of activity that may be related to the presence of a subsurface ocean on Europa.”
Almost all scientists agree that the presence of water greatly increase the chance that a planet contains life.
