I know it’s Monday morning, and I know it is a busy news day with all the politics, terrorism attacks in the United States, deaths of our sports figures, city riots, I know it goes on and on. But this is one that can have you shaking your head at our jurist-prudence in this country the gaul some people have of what happened with the San Bernardino terror attack.
CAIR is at it again now representing the mother of one of the San Bernardino terrorists. She is demanding that the judge give HER the proceeds of two life insurance policies seized by the U.S. government. Wait, WHAT? Yep that’s right. Terrorist’s mom who slaughtered over a dozen people in the name of Jihad believes she’s owed the $275,000 of her son’s insurance policy because she is an, “innocent third party beneficiary,” of the policies. She claims that she had no role in the attack last December that killed 14 and injured 22.
Doesn’t it make you happy to know that only in America, can you find a Muslim hire a Jewish lawyer to handle a law suit. Now I’m not saying that is the case in this instance, but it has in the past and we all know opportunity makes strange bed fellows. Yes, it seems when it comes to money all bets are off. This case should be dismissed without a thought, the woman has no claim to said policy under the circumstances. What do you think?
