Robert De Niro is a gifted actor who has appeared in many a good role, and can curse with the best of them on screen. He is a noted Leftist and has been quite vocal on his displeasure with Donald Tump, to the point of saying he would like to punch the President elect in the nose. That is out of the question now that Mr. Trump has won the election.
Mr. De Niro continues to show his ignorance as many of the sore losers have been since Tuesday evening. It’s laughable how idiotic Americans have been responding, but it is there right. There is no law at this time on the books regarding stupidity, unless the Democrats have slipped one by me recently.
When asked by a reporter how he was doing, Mr. Di Nero Responded,
“How am I doing? I’m very depressed,” the famously laconic “Raging Bull” actor told reporters. “We have to just wait and see how things go and keep our eyes ever vigilant on the new government.” Asked if he thought the protests were an appropriate response to the outcome of Tuesday’s election, he replied: “Yes, absolutely. Things aren’t being done right.”
Things aren’t being done right! The nation had a general election as our democracy has always done every 4 years since the beginning, and the results came in with the election of Donald Trump. Never mind why and how, that is a story for another day, but the results came in and that is that.
I can only assume as most on the left they do not like the result. They want a redo until their candidate wins. I have news for you, it doesn’t work that way. Many on the right have endured Barrack Obama with silent reserve, something the petulant left cannot understand, but need to get used to, because it is what it is. This is the way the country works, always has and always will. And no amount of idiocy can change it.
