ISIS is urging followers in the United States to use UHauls and other large common vehicles to carry out terror attacks.

“Though being an essential part of modern life, very few actually comprehend the deadly and destructive capability of the motor vehicle.”
The article warns followers to avoid using small cars and large SUVs.
ISIS pointed out that The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade would be a good place to attack because the truck could drive through the crown, causing carnage and then blowing up the truck would maximize casualties like the one in Nice, France.

The article included a photo of a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York with the caption: ‘An excellent target’, as well as listing political rallies, outdoor markets and festivals.
It was targeted towards lone-wolf attackers and advised the jihadists to determine the best way to let people know the attack was being carried out by the Islamic State.
