The “Don’t Shoot Coaliton”, who have their own website at http://www.dontshootstl.org/, have released a list of demands, or “Rules of Engagement”, which they have requested the police to identify and recognize in light of the eventual announcement of whether or not Officer Darren Wilson will be indicted.
