BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors and BLM Los Angeles chapter organizer Melina Abdullah, and Niki Okuk  were arrested by Los Angeles police after they refused to leave the police station after a news conference in which the police spoke about two shootings of young black men.

Cullors said:

“Carnell Snell was his name. He was an 18-year-old child. He was somebody’s baby, and somebody in your department killed him, shot him in the back five times. We’re here because we are tired, but we’re not afraid.”

BLM still insist Snell was unarmed and was shot 5 times in the back.  They never let the truth get in the way of a good story.  The Coroner says that Snell was hit two times.  Once in the torso and once on a knee.  He also had a gun.

From The Daily Caller:

Abdullah claimed that police were committing a “double assassination,” first by killing Snell and then “assassinating” his character.

“And so it was really, really important that we uplifted the stories of the community, pushed back against the posthumous character assassination of Carnell Snell, and gave our own narrative,” Abdullah said. “We know that LAPD continues to kill our people and then justifies the killings with whatever they think makes those murders justifiable. That’s why we were there.”

The three women were released about an hour after they were booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center.
