Colorado School District to Allow Students to Receive Satanic Books

After the Delta County School District allowed the distribution of Gideon Bibles on school grounds during school hours, many diverse and perverse groups rose up in horror.  They said that allowing the distribution of God’s word was offensive to those who are diametrically opposed such as The Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF), Barack Hussein Obama (BHO), Western Colorado Atheists, the Democratic national Committee (DNC) and Freethinkers (WCAF) and the Satanic Temple.  The school district has agreed to allow these groups to distribute their pamphlets and other materials to students.  I wonder if the school district couldn’t resist mocking those groups in their selection of a date for distribution.  It will be April 1st, All Fool’s Day.

Brochures expected to be distributed include, but are not limited to  “Top 10 Public School State-Church Violations and How to Stop Them,” “What’s Wrong with the Ten Commandments?” and “The Satanic Children’s Big Book of Activities.”  No word yet on whether these groups will be passing out the literature themselves or whether they have recruited democratic politicians to do it for them.  If it’s the democrats, I am sure they will also distribute two audio tapes in addition to the material already named.  “Barack Obama Mmm Mmm Mmm” and “Booing God Live at the Democratic National Convention” from 2012.

The anti-God groups are saying it’s a matter of free speech.  One has to wonder what Jefferson would have thought about it.  However, perhaps it’s not a good idea to pass out the Bibles or this other literature during class time and make it available after school.  The district is looking to change the policy, which was originally put in place to inform students on the Boys and Girls Scouts and other like groups.
