ESPN pundit Paul Finebaum made it very clear he doesn’t think black people in America are oppressed.
“I really don’t understand, not to look at the country back then, this country has issues, but this country is not oppressing black people,” Finebaum said on his ESPN show.
The comments come as San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick started a firestorm after refusing to stand for the national anthem.
Negative responses have come from all over the sports world, but Kaepernick has refused to relent or change his anti-national anthem stance.
All eyes will be on the 49ers tonight when they face the San Diego Chargers on “Salute to Military” night.
