Expelled For False Rape Claim, Man Sues Yale

Universities are paying heavily for their liberal policies of blame the men first.  The three Duke students who were falsely accused of rape collected an estimated 60 million dollars between them.  Several other universities have paid out large sums and many more are awaiting their day in court.  Yale is soon to join the list and unless I miss my guess, this will cost them 25 million or possibly much more.  Jack Montague, captain of the Yale basketball team that will be appearing in the NCAA tournament this year was thrown off the team and expelled from the school just a few short months from graduation.

This has got to be one of the most bizarre accusations of rape ever, coupled with the most idiotic decision by the college president and the provost.  First of all, the accusation took place one year after the alleged incident occurred and secondly because the two had a sexual affair and three because after the alleged rape, the alleged victim contacted the defendant, looking to get together for sex.   On the very same night!!!

The letter claims that the following information is not disputed by either side:

[Montague and a female student] developed a relationship that led to them sleeping together in Jack’s room on four occasions in the fall of 2014.

– On the first occasion, the woman joined Jack in bed and stayed the night.

– On the second occasion, she entered his bed voluntarily, removed all of her clothes and, during the night, woke him to perform oral sex.

– On the third occasion, she joined him in bed, voluntarily took off all her clothing, and they had sexual intercourse by consent.

 – On the fourth occasion, she joined him in bed, voluntarily removed all of her clothes, and they had sexual intercourse. Then they got up, left the room and went separate ways. Later that same night, she reached out to him to meet up, then returned to his room voluntarily, and spent the rest of the night in his bed with him.
“Only two persons could have known what happened on that fourth night.  The panel chose to believe the woman, by a ‘preponderance of the evidence.’ We believe that it defies logic and common sense that a woman would seek to re-connect and get back into bed with a man who she says forced her to have unwanted sex just hours earlier. And yet the Dean accepted this conclusion and ordered Jack to be expelled. His decision was then upheld by the Provost.”
Considering the fact that the courts decided being expelled from Duke is worth 20 million per defendant, what do you suppose it’s worth when you are paying 50k a year to attend Yale and then fail to graduate from Yale, with it’s prestigious diploma, not to mention missing his only chance to play in the NCAA tournament?  His earning potential is greatly diminished and the accusation and subsequent expulsion still stands.

Universities had better start looking at their liberal policies and figure how much their ideology is costing them.
