In an attempt to keep Donald Trump from becoming president, two Democratic members of Colorado’s Electoral College, fought to have a state law ruled unconstitutional so that they could vote for someone other than Hillary Clinton.

This was a major setback to the group of so called ‘Hamilton electors’ who are former supporters of Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.

A U.S. District Court shot down a lawsuit filed by Polly Baca and Robert Nemanich who were seeking a restraining order that would have blocked the state law that requires them to vote for Clinton.

The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals does not have to hear the appeal before the official vote on Monday.

Now, the faithless electors must vote for Clinton or vacate positions said Judge Elizabeth Starrs. The judge made it clear that it would be then up to prosecutors to decide whether they would face charges.

The Democrats, it seems, will try anything to have Trump not become president. It looks as if they are running out of legal ideas. Whoever tries these shenanigans winds up getting knocked down. It appears that there is a lot of money being wasted on a worthless cause. In my opinion, Democrats are good for one thing and that is spending money needlessly.
