Hillary Clinton and her top three aides, Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan. The State Department has access to three email systems. The Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) are both closed systems that will not allow you to forward any information on a non secured system. There is also the low priority, Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). That system will allow the non confidential information to be forwarded.
Now, the FBI is investigating all four to find out how 1,340 restricted emails ended up on Hillary’s server. Experts say it is impossible to do by accident. You can either retype the information onto an unsecured email or you can take a screen shot and copy and paste it onto an unsecured email. Both methods have one thing in common, they are totally illegal.
Normally, the FBI could go after one or more of Hillary’s aides and offer them a deal for their testimony, but this is not an usual time. Ant trial would be carried well into next year and if Hillary wins the 2016 election, she could pardon all three and get the arrests expunged. Of course, she could lose. Abedin and Mills would probably never turn state’s evidence, leaving only Sullivan, who could be used to nail Hillary.
Raymond Fournier, a veteran Diplomatic Security Service special agent told Fox News:
“It takes a very conscious effort to move a classified e-mail or cable from the classified systems over to the unsecured open system and then send it to Hillary Clinton’s personal e-mail account. That’s no less than a two-conscious-step process.”
Emails from both the (JWICS) and (SIPRNet) systems made their way onto the (NIPRNet) system and into Hillary’s mailbox. Someone will have to be prosecuted. The two important questions are, when and who. Keep your eye on Loretta Lynch.
