Homeowner Holds Three Burglars At Gunpoint Until Police Arrest Them [WATCH]

Yan Zhang was at his home in Chino Hills, California, at 1:00 p.m., when he heard noise coming from the balcony of his home.

He soon realized that people managed to get onto his balcony, which was accessible from the backyard, and were attempting to enter his home through an upstairs door.

Zhang retrieved a handgun and confronted the suspects. According to a neighbor, he fired a warning shot.

Two of the suspects managed to flee. He ordered the remaining three suspects to get down on the ground and they complied.

Zhang held the suspects at gunpoint until police arrived while his wife kept the children safe inside. While waiting for police to arrive, Zhang managed to take a photos of the suspects lying on his balcony.

The two suspects who managed to flee, were captured nearby. All five suspects were taken into custody.

Four of the suspects were booked into the West Valley Detention Center, and the juvenile suspect was cited and released to his parents.

The suspects were identified as 20-year-old Leonardo Salmon Garcia, Garret Rogers, 19, Ruben Medivil, 19, Roberto Alonso Salmon, 18, and the 17-year-old male juvenile whose names was not released.
