An illegal alien has been arrested in Kyle, Texas has been arrested for raping and making pregnant a 12 year old girl. Jose Alejandro Najarro had the girl in his home and tried to convince her to have sex with him and when she refused, he raped her. The girl said he tried to get her to come to his place again and even offered her money but she refused. Several months later, she was found to be pregnant and she confessed that she had sex only one time and that was with Najarro who had raped her.
The police investigated her claims and that led to the arrest, although the investigation is continuing, possibly looking for other victims. He is being held in the Hays County jail and believe it or not, ICE actually has him on detainer. He is being held without bond.
