Fishburne was stopped after she rear-ended a Range Rover that had slowed down to avoid a previous accident at the same spot. When the police began investigating the accident, they found an open bottle of wine in Fishburne’s car. They gave her two breathalyzer tests and she recorded a .17 and a .18, both of which are double the legal limit in Florida. During the 22 minute video of her arrest, Fishburne failed the sobriety test and she was arrested and taken into custody.
